Cut from a 14-wale American cotton corduroy, milled in the United States and screen-printed with the Realtree APX pattern — a woodland camouflage rendered in twelve colors of bark, leaf, and earth. The pattern is produced in collaboration with Realtree.

After printing, the cloth is garment-dyed in antique light beige. The dye softens the print, lifts the contrast, and leaves the back of the fabric quiet.

Side utility pocket finished with the mini Blazon stainless steel logo in antique silver. Reinforced knee panels. Straight cut through the leg.
Printing a twelve-screen pattern on a ribbed cloth is slow, exact work — each screen has to register across the wale without losing definition in the ridges. The process took months of trial. As far as we know, this is the first time the pattern has been printed on corduroy.
