Orders placed before 12:00 (Paris time) on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00, or over the weekend, ship the next business day.

All orders ship with tracking. A confirmation email with the tracking number is sent once the package leaves the atelier.

Delivery times after dispatch vary by destination, typically 2 to 10 business days.

Duties and taxes for orders outside the European Union are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
