Where does Marché Noir ship and how long does delivery take?
Marché Noir ships worldwide, excluding destinations affected by local restrictions or limitations. Orders are generally prepared and dispatched quickly, with orders placed before noon processed the same day whenever possible. During launches, drops, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.
Estimated delivery times within Europe and the USA typically range from 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Worldwide shipping generally takes 2-10 business days, depending on the destination, customs procedures, and carrier conditions. Delivery times are approximate and may vary during peak periods.
How can I track my order?
We'll keep you informed throughout every stage of your order. Once your package has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your order in real time.
I entered the wrong shipping address - can I still make changes?
Due to our fulfillment process and logistics partners, we're unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been confirmed and approved for processing. Please ensure all shipping and contact information is accurate before completing your purchase.
My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it - what should I do?
Please first review the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. In some cases, packages may be marked as delivered before they are physically received. Your order may have been left with a neighbour, at a pickup location, in a secure place, or a delivery notice may have been left for you.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for additional information.
If your package remains missing, please contact our support team. Claims for lost packages are reviewed individually in coordination with the shipping carrier. Marché Noir reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the outcome of the investigation.
Returns
Can I return or exchange a Marché Noir item?
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items purchased on sale, discounted products, and final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our support team by email first. If your request falls within the 14-day return window and meets our return requirements, we will provide return instructions by email.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be securely packaged and shipped within 14 days of return approval.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Marché Noir does not offer complimentary returns. Please note that items purchased on sale, discounted products, and final sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.
My order arrived but wasn't what I expected - what are my options?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within our return window, provided they remain in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused. Please note that items purchased on sale, discounted products, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional processing time depending on your payment provider or bank, as timing may vary.

Production is carried out through a network of carefully selected manufacturers and specialist factories across Portugal, Italy, Romania, Turkey, China, Japan, and other production regions, depending on the expertise and techniques required for each product.

Will sold-out items return?
Certain core products may occasionally return, but many Marché Noir pieces are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out. Availability depends on the nature of each release and collection.
